Settle

A surface assembled from what is near.

Fragments of marble, limestone and travertine, held in quiet balance. Gathered from stone yards across the region, each piece chosen for its colour and vein.

Together, they read as a landscape, layered, imperfect, and deeply tactile. A celebration of material honesty, where variation is not corrected, but preserved.

The stone rests on a wooden base, low and grounded, its weight concentrated, its presence calm. An object shaped not by excess, but by proximity, where what is available becomes enough.
